Ioces SA (Luxembourg, RCS B307933) and Ioces Pty Ltd (Australia, ACN 638 572 353) — together, "Ioces", "we" or "us" — run this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Here's where we collect data, and what we do with it:
- If you book a call with us, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you enter into the booking form, plus the time you choose. We use this to schedule and prepare for the call. We keep it for as long as we're talking with you, and delete it after, unless we need to keep it longer for a legal reason.
- If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message, so we can reply. We keep it for as long as we're talking with you, and delete it after, unless we need to keep it longer for a legal reason.
- We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally — no name, no email, no IP address stored against you. We use it to understand what's useful on the site, nothing more.
Legal Basis
We process booking and contact form data because you asked us to, ahead of a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We run analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f)), in a way that doesn't identify you.
Sharing
We self-host the booking tool, the contact form and the analytics ourselves. Booking notifications are sent through Lettermint, a transactional email provider we use for notifications related booking a call with us. They see everything you enter into the booking form and details of all modifications made to a booking. Lettermint processes this data under their data processing agreement. The site is served through Cloudflare, a content delivery network we use for performance and security. As your traffic passes through it, Cloudflare may see technical details like your IP address in the course of delivering the page, under its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. To do any of these, use to get in touch. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can also refer your complaint to your local data protection authority.
