Ioces SA (Luxembourg, RCS B307933) and Ioces Pty Ltd (Australia, ACN 638 572 353) — together, "Ioces", "we" or "us" — run this website. These terms cover your use of the site itself; any engineering work we do for you is governed by its own service agreement, agreed separately before work starts.

Using This Site

You're welcome to browse the site and get in touch about a project through the booking or contact form. Please don't use it to do anything unlawful, to interfere with how it runs, or to try to access anything you're not meant to.

Content

Everything on this site — text, graphics and design — belongs to Ioces unless we say otherwise. You're welcome to read it and link to it, but not to copy or reuse it commercially without asking us first. The site describes what we do in general terms rather than making you a formal offer; the rates on the Services page are indicative, and actual pricing and scope are set out in your service agreement once we've talked about your project.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we can't promise it's complete, error-free or always available, and you use it at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Ioces isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, though nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under Luxembourg or Australian law.
